Flush layoutPavers are laid tight together with no joints, so the area is covered by the actual paver size (11½" and 23½").
Cut & wasteWorked out from your layout and area sizes: the offcuts of the pavers cut at the edges, plus a little for breakage. You can change it.
Mixed sizesLayouts that combine sizes order each size by the crate. The minimum order is one crate of each size.
    CratesAbout 147 to 153 sq ft per crate depending on the size: 160 pavers of 12" × 12", 80 of 12" × 24" or 40 of 24" × 24".

    FAQs

How many granite pavers do I need?

Multiply the length by the width of each area to get the square feet, then add cut and waste: about 5% for a simple grid, more where many pavers are cut at the edges. The calculator works this out from your layout and sizes, and turns it into pavers and crates.

How many square feet are in a crate of granite pattern pavers?

    A crate holds 160 pavers of 12" × 12" (about 147 sq ft), 80 of 12" × 24" (about 150 sq ft) or 40 of 24" × 24" (about 153 sq ft). The pavers measure 11½" and 23½" so they fit together flush.

Can granite pavers be laid without joints?

Yes. Our granite pattern pavers have sawn sides, so they can be laid tight together for a clean, flush surface. Sizes can be mixed flush in banded courses or in a field with a border, where the shared 23½" side lines up.

Which granite paver layout should I choose?

Stack bond is a simple grid with the fewest cuts. Running bond offsets 12" × 24" pavers like brickwork. Banded courses and a field with a border mix sizes for a more custom look. Size the area to whole pavers and you avoid cuts altogether; the calculator suggests the nearest no-cut size.

How thick are granite pattern pavers?

They are 1⅛" thick, with a thermal (flamed) top for grip. Because they are thin, they need a flat, solid, well-drained base, and we recommend a professional installer.
